Kate has represented me (an out of area buyer and seller) in numerous transactions as both a buyer (three times) and as a seller (two times) with two homes (in Sierra Meadows and Tahoe Donner) and a condominium (in Tahoe Donner). One purchase was an REO property, one purchase was with an elderly out-of-state seller with a transaction that required court approval, and one was a “normal” purchase in which Kate’s professional judgement and negotiation skills played a huge part in achieving a successful purchase. She is very knowledgeable in all types of purchase transactions, to say the least. On the sales side, Kate’s suggested pricing, use of a professional photographer and effective marketing of both properties resulted in quick (and fair) sales. From a personal standpoint, Kate excels in making you feel like you are her only client. She replies quickly to all inquiries and questions, she is very knowledgeable and decisive and always seems to be available to answer even the most basic questions. She is wonderful to work with, is very helpful and has a very upbeat and positive attitude. One trait that I have especially appreciated is that she communicates effectively with all parties involved with the transaction. Overall, I have relied on Kate tremendously and she has come through time and time again.
