Kate was fabulous to work with; she absolutely goes above and beyond for her clients. She knows the market and the area well. We were able to find a wonderful home in North Lake Tahoe for the price we wanted to pay thanks to all of Kate’s experience, knowledge and diligence. Kate was always very responsive to calls, texts and emails. She helped made our home-buying experience easy despite some challenges with our lender and inspections. Even after we closed on our home, Kate was still there to help us. We were not local to the area, and she made many trips to our home to bring boxes and furniture in out of the snow. We cannot recommend Kate highly enough.
