Our experience with Kate Wilkins in selling our house was absolutely great! She helped us with so many things that were out of the ordinary. Our hot tub started to leak and she contacted the repair service for us. We had some paint that wasn’t properly taken care of and she took care of it. She was very responsive and returned messages immediately! We spoke with her almost every day and were in constant communication! She made selling our house after 27 years easy!
