I’m back from an amazing couple of days in Carmel for the Summit By The Sea, a Compass Top Producer Event! It was the perfect blend of seaside relaxation and serious professional development. I spent the weekend with top-producing agents from across Northern California, soaking up inspiration and fresh ideas.
We kicked off the event with dynamic panel discussions and coaching sessions focused on staying ahead of market trends, elevating the client experience, and creating new business opportunities. These insights help me better serve you, my clients, by providing the most up-to-date, effective strategies in the real estate market.
But it wasn’t all business! There was plenty of time for some quintessential coastal fun. We enjoyed networking over fine wines and delicious bites at a stunning estate in Pebble Beach, a lively happy hour with live music, and even a friendly pickleball and putting green competition. It was an excellent way to connect with colleagues and recharge amidst the beautiful scenery.
